George Doherty
George Doherty, Partner, joined Endeavor in 2007 after eight years with CCP Equity Partners and its successor firm, Farmington Capital Partners. CCP is a $525 million private equity firm specializing in financial services, financial technology and healthcare.
Mr. Doherty’s responsibilities at CCP and Farmington Capital included sourcing opportunities, performing due diligence on new investments, managing investments in portfolio companies, and implementing exit strategies. Mr. Doherty focused on investments in venture and expansion stage companies in financial technology, capital markets and specialty finance.
Prior to joining CCP, Mr. Doherty was an analyst at GE Capital where he underwrote loans to middle-market companies in the retail, manufacturing, and business services industries.
Mr. Doherty received an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS and BA from the University of Connecticut.
